Therefore you prefer to avoid compromise and instead add a new checkbox for each new variant. Exactly as with NeoMule.

If you want try to translate math into words:
the value "Medium" of your solution is almost identical to the value High.
OR
distance between Medium and High is closer than Medium and Low.
Now is more clear?

For Tracker and Server Medium value yes, would be better to find a Medium value.

These are strings .... so a checkbox for every string? O_O

draw the UI elements as they shoud be, and show.

in future if you do not have a developer with much time to waste, you can not change anything. The changes of code & GUI require a lot of time.

Low (Minimized) = Secure Random Hash, No Torrent Trackers
Medium = Secure Random Hash, Torrent Trackers
High (Unrestricted) = Secure Static Hash, Torrent Trackers
