NeoLoader 0.33 beta (no KAD!)

There is a new version available, it is a beta release compiled for windows x64 using Qt5 and Visual Studio 2012
The build does not have a auto updater and also no NeoKad is distributed.
The final version of 0.33 (0.33a) will have NeoKad support in highly improved version 0.09 that is still under developement.

Please test the build and tell me how is the CPU usage and Memory usage in comparation to the 32bit version 0.32*
