And this is my suggestion:

Low (Minimized&Best anonimity) = Secure Random Hash, No Torrent Trackers, No servers, No hoster cache (Up and Down)
Medium(Balanced) = Secure Static Hash, Torrent Trackers, Servers, Hoster cache only download
High (Unrestricted&Best performance) = Secure Static Hash, Torrent Trackers, Servers, Hoster Cache Up-Down

we try to give a weight to the options.
0 for the low trackability, 1 for high, 0.5 for a medium.

Your solution:
Low (Minimized&Best anonimity) = Secure Random Hash (0), No Torrent Trackers (0), No servers (0), No hoster cache (Up and Down) (0) => Total 0
Medium(Balanced) = Secure Static Hash (1), Torrent Trackers (1), Servers (1), Hoster cache only download (0.5) => Total 3.5
High (Unrestricted&Best performance) = Secure Static Hash (1), Torrent Trackers (1), Servers (1), Hoster Cache Up-Down (1) => Total 4

My solution (~current solution):
Low (Minimized&Best anonimity) = Secure Random Hash (0), No Torrent Trackers (0), No servers (0), No hoster cache (Up and Down) (0) => Total 0
Medium(Balanced) = Secure Random Hash (0), Torrent Trackers (1), Servers (1), Hoster cache only download (0.5) => Total 2.5
High (Unrestricted&Best performance) = Secure Static Hash (1), Torrent Trackers (1), Servers (1), Hoster Cache Up-Down (1) => Total 4

The current Medium value looks better than your suggested Medium value. :-/

Because you give a wrong value to the Secure Static Hash. This system is used by all the ed2k clients (99% are mules) since years and no one had issues caused from the static hash, why? Cuz the antip2p companies just take a snapshots of IP addresses of a certain file.

Anyway this calculation system is totally unfair, I could say that servers are more dangerous than trackers because they know all files for example. The slide should not be choosen using a math base but using a certain settings choosen in base of real security/permormance differences.

But it's the same wrong value used for both solutions, so the difference remains the same. :-)

As I already said your system is illogic, is not possible and surely not that easly argue in math those settings.

Why not also use only one tracker in the balanced and default choice for example? And what's the behavior of our chaotic server system?

If you want try to translate math into words:
the value "Medium" of your solution is almost identical to the value High.
OR
distance between Medium and High is closer than Medium and Low.
Now is more clear?

For Tracker and Server Medium value yes, would be better to find a Medium value.

And make a non-sense configuration is better? Btw I did not considered the possibility to activate one tracker, just change into 1 tracker per torrent and 1 server per file the Balanced configuration and it is no more the same as high.

Sliders got removed and now we have only 1 default setting scheme.

/close.
