Is there a portable version of NeoLoader? I want to run Neoloader from a folder on an external harddrive. Can this be done with the current installer without installing to C:\ ?

Yes, you can just install neoloader to a flash drive and it will work right out of the box.

You can choose the portable ver from the "new" installer.
