Can't install Neoloader: Invalis Hash Errors during update

I have downloaded NeoInstaller for Windows from here.
I have Windows 7 SP1 x64 and it always has been compatible with all 32bit programs.
I have tried both the normal and portable install but nothing changes.
First time I start Neoloader, it attempts to autoupdate itself and miserably fails with a lot of Invalis Hash errors.

How can I solve this problem??? I have tried multiple times but nothing changes.
