Newbie Question: Restoring Neoloader after crash

Hi there,
It occasionally occured to me that Neoloader crashed. Starting the program just produces an error message. Reinstalling does not work without sacrificing my download list. How can I reinstall/restore Neoloader, without losing my unfinished downloads ?
