Another example of overhead bug with ed2k/torrent uploading. Don't forgot to read latest post on page 6.

p.s. Ed2k overhead missed is ~100% of the estimated http://i.imgur.com/0ZN1iW3.jpg

Interesting, the purple bar says that I'm uploading at 68 kb/s when my ISP give me only ~48 kb/s.

The case if ofc with ed2k, so I can say that when I'm uploading in ed2k network the purple bar don't work as it should.

GOT AGAIN THE ED2K STUCKED BUG! How to reproduce:
Open NeoLoader, wait some seconds, when it start connecting @ed2k sources, close it. Restart Neo. Stucked!

That nafc counts more than you ISP gives you is strange, it is even more strange that this happens only when ed2k upload is on.

please use windows taskmanager to check if windows really sees so much traffic on your LAN card or if only the NAFC code fucks something up.

are you using some VPN?

No I'm not using any VPN, actually I can't test cuz ed2k stucked. I'm 100% sure that the purble bar is wrong when I'm uploading on ed2k because I can't reach these upload value, 40 kb/s of ed2k is correct instead.

The not counted ~ 10% overhead are Ethernet Overhead that should be only between the PC and the Modem but not cross the ISP line.
Windows shows in the task manager the raw bytes write to the NIC including Ethernet headers, instead of IP traffic only.

Howe ever it seams that some ISP's are specifying their maximal line throughput including said overhead, what is technically cheating.

So since the average user does not grasp the complexity of all OSI layers and was lied to by his ISP I added the Ethernet frame overhead to the overhead calculation for now.

So even its technically wrong it looks much more right :p

I'm not sure about that. I did many speedtest to check the ISP speeds, and it works correctly as it should, also because their "central" is located 50meters from my home.

The not counted ~ 10% overhead are Ethernet Overhead that should be only between the PC and the Modem but not cross the ISP line.

When the purple line reach the maximum ISP speed I have problem in navigation so I'm not sure that you're right.
