You should not manually IP Filter clients.

hi guys, i'd like to have a string where i may paste a link (the one from hooligan's last ipfilter for example) plus i'd like to edit the file, cause there are actually few ip range that I should not block.

Telecom Italia Business 95.240.0.0 - 95.243.255.255 (this contains one of my static ips)
And i'm pretty sure that SOME range from Telecom Italia Business starting from 79.x.x.x should NOT be filtered.
