About incomplete files

Neoloader appends ".temp" to incomplete files.
I hope Neoloader let user choose that,append or not.
And i hope Neoloader downloads first and last piece first.
When file's first and last piece have completed downloading,Neoloader can do some mark on the tab
It can help user to preview files.
