Can you add a collum "Last Seen Complete" i think it is very usefull to know if it is possible to complete the file for example...
What do you think?

for me useless overhead. i think the progress bar (and fitness) already means if the file is complete. :-)

Nop because you are not always checking if the file is completed...
For example when some people with complete file appears in network only when you are sleeping...
