1.
User have a own collection.
2.
The collection has a own link.
3.
User can edit the collection, but collection link cannot be changed.
lik ftp
4.
It is based on neoshare.
5.
Collection only includes links(ed2k,aich,btih,neo,neox ),not files

I think is useless, something similar already exist on ed2k and is not a success... multifiles are better.

If publisher create a collection link,users
can trace his publications.

Multifiles(neox) doesn't have the feature.

It can let user sort out files' link(name)
It doesn't need too much disk volume.

There is a exampleBitTorrent Sync.

User has a own links (ed2k,aich,btih,neo,neox)database management system,and the other users can read it.

There are already many boards that let you do that, I don't think that something inside the client is needed.

Some think like that is planned, for the future it would work like this, each user has a private crypto key for publishing into neo kad, during keyword search a user can specify that he wants to find only entries published by a selected release based on the public key that corresponds to releaser's private key.
One thing this idea couldn't do is to find all files of a particular releaser.
