1.selection of discovering local peer

2.the highest priority of Transfer(127.0.0.1)?
high priority of Transfer(192.168.X.X)?

I'm not sure what the right setting is.

3.selection of limiting local peer bandwidth

Such a feature is in planing, a similar feature for eMule was already in the old NeoMule,
but it has a very low priority for now.

The feature is very low priority right now, most pleople dont need this thay run only one client.
it will be added in some distant future
